Giri, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant in Civil Appeal No.5838 of 2012 started his submissions at 10.40 a.m. and concluded at 2.25 p.m. Thereafter, Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant(s) in Civil appeal No.5839 of 2012 and Ms. Asha Jain Madan, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.3202 of 2014 made their short submissions upto 2.40 p.m. Thereafter, Mr. Sidharth Luthra, learned Senior Counsel started his submissions and concluded at 3.35 p.m. Thereafter, Ms. C.K.
