Mr. Vikas Singh, learned senior counsel, who appears on behalf of respondent no.8 and Mr. Manoj K. Mishra, Advocate, who appears on behalf of respondent no.4 accept notice. Notice shall issue to the remaining respondents.
Dasti, in addition, is also permitted.
Pending further orders from this Court while the respondents shall be free to use the sugar mills purchased by them as sugar mills and make them functional, if they have gone out of production, they shall not either transfer or otherwise encumber the same without the permission of the Court.
