Four weeks' time, as last chance is given to respondent No. 1 to file counter affidavit.

are common respondents in connected SLP(Crl) Nos. 2168-2171/2016 and have been served therein.

Service report is awaited from the concerned Trial Court in respect of respondent No.3 (who is common Respondent in connected SLP(Crl). Nos. 2168-2171/2016)

In addition, Learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of two weeks file fresh particulars of said respondent and he shall also take requisite steps for the service of notice upon him.
