The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04th July, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"IA nos. 5-6 of 2015 and 7-8 of 2015(Application for condonation of delay of 1387 days in filing application for substitution and application for substitution of LRs of deceased respondent no. 27) are allowed. IA nos. 9-10 and 11-12 of 2015(Application for condonation of delay of 331 days in filing application for substitution and application for substitution of deceased respondent no. 12) are allowed. Rejoinder affidavit be filed with four weeks. List the matter in the first week of October, 2016 on a non-miscellaneous day."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to aforesaid order, cause title has been amended accordingly and included in the SLP paperbooks.

It is further submitted that Mr. G. S. Makkar, Advocate has on 30.08.2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of petitioners alongwith rejoinderaffidavit and the same has been placed with the SLP paperbooks.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. G. S. Makkar, Advocate for petitioners has on 14.09.2016 filed application for placing additional documents on record alongwith annexures A1 to A6 which is registered as I.A. Nos. 1314 and the same has been placed with SLP paperbooks.

Service of notice is complete in the SLPs.
