Respondent no.2 is granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

In the meantime, new standing counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 3 to file vakalatnama.

None appears for legal representative nos. 4(iii),4(v) and 4(vi) despite due service.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on the legal representative nos. 4(i), 4(ii) and 4(iv) within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

List again on 7.10.2016."

It is submitted that no Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 2.

It is also submitted that New Standing Counsel has not filed Vakalatnama & memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 3.

It is again submitted that A.D. cards has been received back from Respondent No 4(iv) in response to Alternative Arrangement on 8.1.2016.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to effect service on legal lrs. nos. 4(i) and 4(ii) so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 4(i) and 4(ii).

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
