UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Today, when the matter was called out, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Application filed for effecting service on the unserved respondents is allowed.

The petitioner has filed another application for substitution of respondent No. 3, stating that the said respondent has died during the pendency of the present petition.

However, it has been brought to the attention

Signature Not Verified

of this Court by the learned counsel, appearing for the respondents, that respondent No. 3 had already expired during the pendency of the proceedings before the High Court and no steps have since been taken by the petitioner to bring his legal representatives on record.

Secondly, the above application, filed by the petitioner, is defective as the details of the legal representative(s) of respondent No. 3 are not provided in the application for substitution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is, thus, granted two weeks' time to cure the defects as pointed out by the Registry.

Registry to process the matter thereafter, for listing in the Court, for seeking appropriate directions.
