UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Despite due service on respondent nos.6, 10, 11, 14, 17, 23 and 25, there is no appearance.

Counter affidavit filed by respondent No.5 is also adopted by respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Two weeks' time is granted as a last chance to Ld. counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent nos.4, 7 to 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18 to 22, 24 and 26 to 28.

As requested, two weeks' time as a last and final opportunity, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner to file application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent no.3.

In case of compliance, list again on 03.04.2024.

In case of non-compliance, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
