Despite due service on respondent nos.6, 10, 11, 14, 17, 23 and 25, there is no appearance.

Respondent no.5 has already filed counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.5 would be adopted for said respondents.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent nos.4, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18 to 22, 24 and 26 to 28.

Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner to file application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent no.3.
