The matters above mentioned were listed before the Honble Court on 8th September, 2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"SLP (C) Nos. 24297-24314 of 2014: Issue notice returnable in eight weeks. Dasti, in addition to the ordinary process, is permitted.

In the meanwhile, the permission granted by the National Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai to the present petitioner (respondent No. 3 therein) to carry on its operation till 5.9.2014 vide order dated 22.8.2014 is extended."

It is submitted that there are common three respondents. Show cause notice has been issued to all the common respondents on 13th December, 2014. Respondent No. 3 is represented by Mr. Sudhanshu Palo, Advocate and he has also filed counter affidavit. In respect of respondent Nos. 1 & 2, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received so far.

It is submitted that there are common three respondents. Show cause notice has been issued to all the said respondents on 13th December, 2014. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. Gautam Narayan, Advocate and Respondent No. 3 is represented by Mr. Sudhanshu Palo, Advocate and they have also filed counter affidavits on their behalf. In respect of respondent No. 2, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Gautam Narayan, Counsel for the respondent No. 1 has filed an application for vacation of interim order dated 8th September, 2014 but he has not served its copy on Mr. Sudhanshu Palo, Advocate for respondent No. 3.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
