The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 10.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No. 26992/2014 despite opportunities. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 12.11.2016 filed application for permission for substituted service to serve Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 26992/2014 by way of publication, pursuant to Hon'ble Judge in Chambers Order dated 21.10.2016. The application was defective for the reasons that counsel has not mentioned the name of two newspaper one English daily and one Regional/Vernacular newspaper having vide circulation where the respondent resides. Counsel for the petitioner has nor cured the defects despite this Registry letter dated 21.11.2016. Service is already complete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 in SLP (C) No. 26991/2014 and Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in SLP (C) no. 26992/2014 but no one has entered appearance.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 26692/2014.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
