The matters above mentioned were listed before Ld. Registrar court on 30.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Despite service, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos.1-5.

The office report indicates that although by order dated 09.04.2015 of this Court, three weeks time as last chance was given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service issued to the respondent No.6, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is submitted that fresh notice to Respondent No. 1 in SLP © No. 26992/2014 (Respondent No. 6) was issued on 17.02.2016 pursuant to Hon'ble Judge in Chamber Order dated 15.12.2015. Unserved cover containing to said Respondent received with postal remarks 'No such Person'.

It is further submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in SLP © No. 26991/2014 and Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 (Common in both SLPs) in both SLPs though served with notice.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 1 in SLP © No. 26992/2014.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
