UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Issue notice to the respondent on condition of the petitioner depositing a sum

of Rs.4,60,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court within four we eks from

today. On such deposit, the Registrar General is directed to invest th e same in the

UCO Bank in a short term fixed deposit to the credit of this Special Leave Petition and

to renew the same from time to time. If the petitioner fails to deposit the same within

the time stipulated, the Special Leave Petition stands automatically dismissed.

There shall be stay of arrest of the petitioner for four weeks.
