Mento Verified Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and wing gone through the materials on record, we are of the view that the petitioner has been able to make out a strong prima facie case to have an interim order in his favour.
2. We direct that no coercive steps of any nature shall be taken against the petitioner who is a home buyer before us. 3. Let this petition be heard along with SLP(Civil) No.7649/2023 etc.
