It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petitions are filed by Mr. S.K. Sabharwal, Advocate on 22.7.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.3.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 267, 2268, 3301, 3303, 3304, 4222 of 2010, 587 and 3706 of 2011.

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 27.3.2014 was within time but there was a delay of 31 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar I-B on 10.10.2014.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 27061 of 2014 Entitled Paramjit Singh Virk Versus Haryana State & Anr. as both are arising out of common followed Judgment.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
