It is submitted that Mr. S.K. Sabharwal, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 28.11.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 22.09.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 6294-6308 of 2013 alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased Common petitioner no. 3 in RFA No. 6303/2013, petitioner no. 18 in RFA Nos. 6305 & 6306 of 2013 and petitioner no. 6 in RFA No. 6307/2013 namely Narinder Singh which is barred by time by 392 days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos. 18007-18021 of 2014 Entitled Balbir Singh @ Balbir And Ors And Etc Etc Versus State Of Haryana And Ors Etc Etc . arising out of relied upon Judgment by High Court was directed by Hon'ble Court on 15.09.2014. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 15.09.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 27061 of 2014 Entitled Paramjit Singh Virk Versus Haryana State & Anr. arising out of common followed Judgment was directed by Hon'ble Court on 17.10.2014. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 17.10.2014 is annexed as Annexure P-8 at Page No. 197 in the Paper Books).

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
