UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard learned senior counsel for the parties, we are

not inclined to entertain these special leave petitions in exercise of power under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, they are dismissed.

However, taking note of the nature of the lis involved, we are of the considered view that the suit bearing O.S. No. 1629/2020 pending before the Court of Principal City Civil Judge, Bengaluru, Karnataka, requires to be decided expeditiously uninfluenced by any observations made in the impugned order and also the order which was confirmed thereunder.
