No. 1), permission to file additional documents and permission to file lengthy synopsis and list of dates (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP No. 29168/2015 arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 16.10.2015 is enclosed herewith. (Main Case: SLP(C) No. 25770/2015)

It is further submitted that SLP No. 15533/2015 referred to as Annexure P-31 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same as withdrawn. Copy of order dated 27.05.2015 is enclosed herewith.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
