The matter above mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 26.10.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Counter affidavit of respondent Nos.1 to 4, 7 and 8 is awaited. Be filed within four weeks' time. Service of the remaining respondent Nos.5, 6 and 9 to 11 is still awaited. List again on 5.1.2016."

It is submitted that vakalatnama/appearance has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7 & 8 but counter affidavit has not been filed so far. A.D. card duly signed has been received from respondent No. 9 but no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance. Unserved envelope has been received in respect of respondent No. 6.

Service is not complete for respondent Nos. 5, 6, 10 & 11.

SLP(C) No. 29168/2015:-

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.10.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice.

Mr. A. Radhakrishnan, learned advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 1. The service of notice on respondent no. 1 is waived.

Let notice be served on the other respondents by means of Dasti also.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of the impugned judgment.

To be listed along with SLP(C) No. 25770/2015 List the matter before the Court after four weeks."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice to respondent No. 1 through Advocate and to respondent Nos. 2 to 12 by usual mode as well as Dasti was issued on 06.11.2015. Service upon respondent Nos. 2 to 12 by usual mode is awaited. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service so far.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
