The matters abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28th November , 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment is allowed. Issue notice."

The matters abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th January 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

" Respondent No.1 and 2 have filed counter affidavit. Despite last opportunity granted, steps for service on respondent nos.3 and 4 have not been taken. Let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-chamber for further directions.

It is submitted that there are four common respondent in all the matters. Show cause notice was issued to through Regd AD post. M/s Parekh and Company. Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Counter affidavit already included in paperbooks.Neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received back from the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copies on 16012016 i.e. after the expiry of stipulated time granted by the Ld. Registrar court. Hence fresh show cause notice could not be issued to the unserved respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The office report for directions in the matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchambers with the report.
