Await return of notice of Respondent No.4. In SLP(C) No.4202/10 petitioner to take fresh steps for issuing notice to Respondent No.1-3. In the case of petitioners in SLP(C) Nos.3171, 4050 and 4202/10 the counsel has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner, has not submitted the 'No Objection Certificate' from the previous lawyer. Produce within four week.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioners in the above cases submitted that there are other connected matters which are also listed

on another day in the Registrar Court No.1 and both cases may be posted under either of the Courts. On verification the records, it is seen that all cases listed in Registrar Court No.1 is furnished by the Ld.counsel. It is seen that those cases have not been tagged with this case and hence the request of the Ld.counsel cannot be accepted.
