Learned counsel for respondent no.1 – Lekha T.N. states that respondent no.1 – Lekha T.N. will be withdrawing G.P. No. 1 of 2022 titled "Lekha T.N. vs. State of NCT of Delhi & Ors." pending before the District Judge, District South East, Saket District Courts, New Delhi.

In view of the said statement, no orders are required to be passed in the present transfer petition, which is accordingly dismissed.

We clarify that we have not made any comments on the settlement agreement and the orders which may be passed by any court.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
