The matter above mentioned was listed before the Registrar Court on 30.01.2017, when the following Order was passed:
"None appears for respondent Nos.1, 3, 4 and 8, despite due service.
Respondent No.2 has already filed the counter affidavit. Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.5 to 7 within two weeks' time, as last opportunity. Notice thereafter be issued. Dasti, in addition, is allowed. List again on 1.3.2017."
Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 17.02.2017 to respondent nos. 5-7 through Registered A.D. Post and Dasti in addition also issued to the counsel for the petitioner for effecting service on respondents. As per Tracking Report of Postal Authority (copy enclosed) in respect of respondent nos. 5 and 6 service is not effected without postal remarks and in respect of respondent no. 7 "Left India". M/s. Lex Apex, Advocates have put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 8, but no counter affidavit filed.
It is submitted that counsel for petitioner has also not filed affidavit of Dasti Service.
Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 5 to 7.
The matter above mentioned is listed before the Registrar Court with this Office Report.
