"Presence and pleadings qua the respondents in all the petitions herein stands complete as is already recorded in the previous order dt.24.9.2015. Vakalatnama for respondent no.1 in SLP(C) NO.38405/2012 since has also come on record, all the petitions be processed for being listed before the Hon'ble Court as per rules."

It is submitted that Mr. B. Subrahmanya Prasad, Advocate for the sole petitioner in all the matters expired. Accordingly, notice for alternative arrangement was issued to the petitioner in all the matters. Mr. Jagjit Singh Chhabra, Advocate has filed vakaltnama/memo of appearance on behalf of sole petitioner in SLP(C) Nos. 38509/2012 & 1297/2013. In SLP(C) No. 38405/2012 neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received back so far in respect to the notice for making alternative arrangement.
