UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The State of Orissa- the plaintiff herein has filed an interim application which is required to be considered and disposed of. We granted time to the Union of India to file its reply, but no such reply is filed. State of Maharashtra has also filed an application seeking for its impleadment in the suit.
Issue notice on the application for impleadment. Counsel appearing for the parties accepts notice.
Let the reply thereto be filed by the State of Orissa within three weeks. The Union of India shall also file their reply to
2 the application filed by the State of Orissa within three weeks as a last opportunity. Rejoinder thereto, if any, could be filed within two weeks thereafter. In the meantime the Union of India shall also file their written statement within four weeks. We are also informed that there are some other applications also which are pending for consideration. Reply, if any, thereto, shall also be filed within three weeks as a last opportunity. Rejoinder thereto, if any, shall be filed within two weeks thereafter.
Let all these applications alongwith the main suit be listed for consideration after eight weeks.
