In view of the letter circulated, four weeks' time is granted to the counsel for the petitioner - State of Orissa to enable him to file rejoinder affidavit. Pleadings shall now be completed within a period of eight weeks. Counter affidavit, if any, shall be filed by any of the respondents within a period of four weeks. Re-joinder thereto, if any, could be filed four weeks thereafter. Written Statement also, if any, could be filed within four weeks.
