| UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following<br>O R D E R |
Since a large number of miscellaneous applications are stated to be pending disposal, we have requested Mr. Raju Ramachandran, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Orissa to file a list of all the pending applications in a tabulated form with gist of the relief claimed therein. Let the needful be done within two weeks. We also direct the office to re-arrange all the files in the following manner : Volume I- the pleadings; Volume II- all the miscellaneous applications and replies thereto; Volume III- the documents filed by the parties; and Volume IV - the orders passed in the suit from time to time. If number of pages of any volume exceed the prescribed limit, the respective volumes may be split and marked as I-A, I-B, etc. We also find that neither the State of Orissa
nor the State of Andhra Pradesh has so far filed any response to the reports received from C.W.C. as also the expert, in terms of order dated 19th July, 2011. Mr. Dwivedi, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Andhra Pradesh states that his State does not ..3/-

propose to file any response to the said report and in fact they accept it. Mr. Raju Ramachandran, learned senior counsel for the State of Orissa prays for more time to file response on behalf of the said State. Let the needful be done within four weeks.
