UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-Corporation shall deposit the entire compensation amount awarded by the High Court along with the accrued interest within a period of three weeks.

On such deposit, an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) shall be disbursed to the claimants in the ratio of the apportionment as awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The balance amount shall be kept in the fixed deposit in the same ratio of apportionment, as awarded by the Tribunal.
