It is submitted that in SLP(C) No. 26200/2016,counsel for the petitioner has on 06.12.2016 filed additional affidavit with the leave of the Hon'ble Court and the same has already been circulated with pre-revised office report as separate volume.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) No. 26560/2016 counsel for the petitioner has on 10.12.2016 filed an application for placing on record additional facts and documents alongwith Annexures A-1 to A-27.The said application has been registered as I.A.No. 4 and the same is being circulated herewith as separate volume.

Service is not complete on respondent No. 4 in SLP(C) No. 26426/2016 and respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No. 26560, 26470 & 26590/2016.
