It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 04.08.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 5888/2015 & 8867/2015 respectively alongwith applications for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment and order, permission to file lengthy list of dates, permission to urge additional grounds, impleadment and permission to place additional documents on record (regd. as I.A. Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5) in SLP(C) No. 26200/2016 and applications for permission to file lengthy list of dates and grounds, exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment and order and application for impleadment (regd. as I.A. Nos. 1, 2 & 3 in SLP(C) Nos. 22224/2016) and the same have been included in respective SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 16107-16108/2016 arising out of similar issue and filed between the same parties was listed before Hon'ble Court on 08.07.2016 with connected matters, when the Court was pleased to dispose of the same. Copy of Order dated 08.07.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that Original Suit No. 2/2016 filed by the petitioner herein praying inter-alia for declaration by a decree of this Hon'ble Court that 'Union of India' has no executive powers in relation to any of the items in List-II(other that the reserved subjects) and List-III of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution, except to the extent provided for by Article 73 of the Constitution and these executive powers are vested exclusively in the NCT of Delhi was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same as withdrawn. Copy of Order dated 02.09.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of common order.

It is lastly submitted that SLP(C) NO. 26200/2016 was mentioned before Hon'ble Court on 05.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Post on Friday, the 9th September, 2016 before an appropriate Bench."

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
