respondent No. 2 is only a proforma party. In the absence of any counter affidavit by respondent Nos. 1 and 3, we are satisfied that leave may be granted in the matter. Leave granted. Hearing expedited. In the meanwhile, interim order granted by this Court on October 21, 2011 shall continue.
