It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 12.08.2014 of the High Court of Meghalaya at Shillong Bench in Writ Petition(C) No. 1 of 2014 alongwith application for permission to file SLP and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 23955-23956/2014 arising out of CC No. 14385/2014 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.08.2014, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 29.08.2014 is enclosed herewith and the said matter is listed before this Court on 03.11.2014 as Item No. 16.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 10022/2009 referred to on Page E of list of dates was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.04.2010 when the Court was pleased to grant leave. Consequently, the same has been converted to C.A. No. 4025/2010 and the same falls under the category of ready matter.

It is further submitted that in view of undertaking

letter dated 17.09.2014, counsel for the petitioner has on 11.10.2014 filed requisite copy of order dated 19.07.2006 and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

The application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
