anticipatory bail was rejected.

2. FIR No.209 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 has been registered against the petitioners, alleging commission of offences under Sections 498A, 341, 294,307,323,500,509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for the State of Odisha and also the learned counsel appearing for the De-facto complainant/respondent no.2.

4. On 08.08.2023, this Court passed an order to the effect that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners till the next date of listing and the interim protection stands extended from time to time.

5. After hearing the learned counsel on both sides and perusing the materials available on record, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the special leave petition by directing that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Investigating Agency.

6. The petitioners shall also continue to cooperate with the investigation and shall appear before the investigating officer as and when required.

7. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

8. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
