UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R

Issue notice.

Learned counsel who appears on Caveat for respondent No.2 accepts notice.

Issue notice to the remaining respondents on the appellant taking necessary steps.

Subject to the appellant-Hospital depositing the awarded amount
along with upto date interest within four weeks from today, operation of the impugned judgment shall remain stayed. As soon as the aforesaid amount is deposited, the same shall be placed in an interest bearing account in a Nationalized Bank initially for a period of six months, to be renewed thereafter from time to time during the pendency of the present appeal.
