UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave 1. to amend the memo of parties by impleading the State of Meghalaya as a party respondent.

Meghalaya was a party before the Tribunal and is a necessary and proper party in the present proceedings.

3. Amended memo of parties shall be filed within one week.

4. Delay condoned.

5. Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition as well as the prayer for interim relief after addition of the aforesaid party respondent.

6. List after pleadings are complete.
