We have heard Mr. K.K. Venugopal, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and respective learned Senior counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 in Transfer Petition No.1233 of 2015 and Respondent No. 1 in Transfer Petition No.1234 of 2015. We direct that all the matters which are pending in different High Courts in connection with the matter in quest ion be transferred to this Court and the learned Senior counsel appearing for the parties have agreed that the matter may be heard by this Court. The concerned High Courts are directed not to pass any order concerning these matters which are pending before the m. The concerned High Courts are also restrained not to entertain any application/matter in connection with the matter in question. So far as the stay which has been prayed before us in respect of giving effect to the Notification in connection with the Bar Council of India Certificate and Place of Practice (Verification) Rules, 2015, we only direct the learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents to file an affidavit within a period of one week from today.
