UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

W.P.(C) No. 837 of 2014

The Registry shall issue notice to the respondents, provided the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 50 lakhs within two weeks' time from today.

If such deposit is not made within the time granted by this Court, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 3
