UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to appearing respondents, to file counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, as last chance is granted to the petitioners, for furnishing fresh particulars and to take fresh steps in respect of all unserved respondents. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.

List again on 16.2.2024.

Petitioners has failed to file spare copies for issuance of notice to the respondent in terms of the Order dated 6.9.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

However, one weeks' time is granted as a last chance to the petitioner, for the said purpose.
