UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
IA No. 16949/2024 in Criminal Appeal No.580/2024
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the appellants shall be enlarged on bail pending the final disposal of this appeal.
Therefore, the appellants shall be produced before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today. The Trial Court shall enlarge them on bail on appropriate terms and conditions till the disposal of the appeal.
The application for bail is accordingly allowed.
The Registry to call for the soft copy of the record of the Trial Court along with English translation of the relevant documents in both the appeals. As soon as the soft copy is received, the same shall be forwarded to the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The learned counsel for the appellants will place on record a compilation of notes of evidence and other relevant documents on the record of the Trial Court.
