UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties on application for grant of interim relief. By the impugned order, acquittal of the appellant for the
offence punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C. has been
overturned and the appellant has been convicted with the aid of Section 34 IPC. There are no antecedents reported. Hence, a case is made out for enlarging him on bail till the final disposal of this appeal.
For that purpose, the appellant shall be produced before the Trial Court within one week from today. The Trial Court shall enlarge the appellant on bail on appropriate terms and conditions till the final disposal of this appeal.
The application for bail is accordingly allowed.
