It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Gopal Singh, Advocate on 8.12.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 2.6.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RSA No.3891/2013 barred by time by 84 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of notice dated 14.3.2006 and 12.5.2006 and exhibits mentioned in relied upon judgment. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 13.12.2016 stating therein that the same are not necessary and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.
