UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The affidavit has been filed stating therein that the rent and property tax upto December, 2011 have been paid by the appellants, who are the tenants in respect of the property. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents-landlords, however, states that the entire dues including interest have not been paid. The affidavit will be filed on behalf of the respondents indicating therein the amount which, according to the respondents, have not been paid and the calculation of the amount. This may be done within three weeks. List thereafter.
