UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R This is an application for restoration of Civil Appeal No. 2302 of 2010, which has been dismissed for non-filing of statement of case by the appellant. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the appellants are tenants and the respondents are landlords and on account of pendency of this Civil Appeal, the appellants have not paid the rent to the respondents for several years. The affidavit be filed on behalf of the appellants stating therein clearly that all rent that is due to them has been paid in the meanwhile. This affidavit will be filed within two weeks.
