Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been a settlement between the petitioner and the respondent before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari, Delhi. The Report from Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari, Delhi has been received about the amicable settlement. They submitted that they have already filed a joint petition for divorce. They also agree to act in terms of the settlement. Therefore this petition is not pressed. The transfer petition is dismissed accordingly.
