Bhat ,Adv Ms.Anjana Chandrashekar ,Adv UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Out of 49 respondents, service on respondent Nos.2 to 4, 8, 24, 31, 34, 35, 36, 40, 41, 42 and 46 is complete but none appeared on their behalf. Notice be reissued to respondent Nos.1, 15, 16, 19, 20, 25, 26, 29, 30, 32, 43, 44, 47, 48 and 49 through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. Item No.32 -2- Filing of spare copies stands dispensed with. Respondent Nos.17, 18, 23, 27, 28, 37, 38, 39 and 45 are granted six weeks' time for filing counter affidavit on record subject to service of the complete set of the pleadings on the learned counsel appearing on their behalf within three weeks of which necessary proof be filed on record. The office report indicates that the learned Advocate, Mr. Ratan K. Choudhuri has filed vakalatnama on behalf of someone Mr. Vikram Raitani and in fact he is not a party in the present SLP. Ambiguity be cleared by the next date. The office report further indicates that service on some of the respondents is incomplete for various reasons. However, the office report is not very clear as to who has refused to accept notice and who is reported to be dead etc. A clear and specific report in respect of these unserved respondents be submitted by the next date. List again on 21.4.2014.
