UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Petitioner has still to take fresh steps to effect the Wice upon the unserved respondent Nos.10, $11$ , $13$ , $14$ and $22$ $SLP(C)$ No.32996/2012, respondent No.15 in $SLP(C)$ No.32946/2012, respondent Nos.16 and 20 in SLP(C) 32946/2012 and respondent No.4 in SLP(C) No.32948/2012.

Affidavit of service of chamber summons qua the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.7 in SLP(C) No.32946/2012 is also yet to be filed by the petitioner. Appropriate steps be taken for the purpose.

Registry to report the status of the remaining respondents.
