SLP(C) NO.30320/2012 In this SLP,the ld. Counsel for respondent No.5, Mr Rameshwar Prasad Goyal was supposed to cure the defects in the counter affidavit but till date no steps seems to have been taken.In the interest of justice one weeks' time -2- Item No.56 is granted as final chance. Service on the remaining respondents is complete. SLP(C) NO.31423/2012 The ld. Counsel, Dr Monika Gusain seems to have filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. So far as respondent No.4 is concerned though in the counter affidavit his name is mentioned but no vakalatnama has been filed on his behalf. It appears that on behalf of respondent No.4, the ld. Counsel, Mr Rameshwar Prasad Goyal has filed vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit on 9.7.2013 alongwith an application seeking exemption from filing the official translated copy on record. It appears that copy has not been served on the other side. Omission be rectified in a weeks' time. SLP(C) NO.11076/2013

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has already come on record. Notice be re issued to respondent No.4 on filing process fee and spare copies during the course of the day through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. List again on 22.10.2013.
