Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of dasti in relation to several of the respondents. It indicates that notice has been served on respondent Nos.1-5, 10, 13 and 23. The above respondents along with other respondents who have appeared, are granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. Respondent No.22 could not be served as "left" and respondent No.27 "refused to accept notice".

Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps against unserved respondent Nos. 22 and 27. It is reported that respondent Nos. 8, 16, 19, 25, 29, 53, 61 and 67 are dead. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to take steps against the Lrs. if any. Respondent No.38 is also awaited. Ld.counsel for the petitioner may take fresh steps against respondent No.38 also. List the matter on 22.03.2013.
