UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Lrs. Of deceased respondent Nos.8, 19, 25, 29, 53 and 61 have refused to receive chamber summons. This is not proper service as per rules. However, Ld.counsel for the petitioner submits that she exhausted all other means for getting their service affected, but she could not serve them. Now, she is going to file an application for substituted service in respect of the above respondents within one week. Her request is acceded to.
