UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. Accordingly, the special leave petition is dismissed.
Needless to state that the pending writ petition/s shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law without being influenced by any interim orders/observations.
In the meantime, the amount deposited by the petitioners may be released to the respondent.
