"The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Chandra Prakash, appearing on behalf of Mr. K. Luikang Michael, Advocate-on-record has entered appearance for respondent No.2. He seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks. Nobody appears for respondent Nos.1, 3 to 7 and 10, despite due service.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.8, 9 and 11 within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued. List again on 7.4.2016."

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2 has filed Counter Affidavit. Fresh show cause notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 8, 9 and 11 was issued on 16.02.2016 by registered AD. Ms. K. Enatoli Sema, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 10 but she has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover in respect of Respondent No. 11 has been received so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 11.
